Ok, heres the skinny.Im 18, 30 in waist, 50 in chest, straight (im almost positive), theres no way i can be taken as a woman. But ive always been attracted to traps and even feminine guys (don't bother with the "straight" and "attracted to guys" discrepancy).Im not looking for tips on how to feminize myself, but i just wanna know what i should do.should i go looking for trap friends (friendship and otherwise) or should i just say fuck it and suppress it some more?

The best suggestions are to find clubs / events that cater to drag queens and / or gay boys then you'll start finding out where you really want to go. hi, i'll get into it quick.if i came out as trans, even my most accepting liberal friends and family would never speak to me again, and my fear is that finding accepting people (which should be easy in portland) is going to be made complex by my bones.
what i mean by that is that i have broad shoulders, am well over six feet tall, and am all-around built more like Conan the Barbarian than i am Xena warrior princess. i wanna know if my bone structure is an insurmountable issue that will ultimately cause me to end up looking like some kind of monster, or if there's hope of becoming a passable, maybe even kinda sorta beautiful girl.

By the way, I'm not a big fan of the width of my shoulders either, but I've found that if I wear my hair with a little volume it makes them a little less noticeable.
Comes down to your happiness. Will you ever be happy as a man? Can you live like that? For me the answer was no, so despite male features I spent time working my way into femininity, and believe me it takes some serious effort to fight the inertia one faces at every corner when there is a new issue to defeat.
The suggestion that you study women is spot on though! I started doing this early in my transistion and it made me -WAY- more comfortable. I mean, everyone has "feminine" or "masculine" traits, and in the end you realise it's more about general behaviour and how you dress, what you do with your hair etc. than other factors.
That's not to say heavilly masculine traits will magically be feminine, But unless they're blatantly male, own the issue and just go with it.

Hello everyone another noob here. I've been trying out crossdressing mostly for fun. But now I've realized I really like it and my roommates are serious homophobes I don't have the money to move out. And I lack support of other CD's in the area because I'm afraid to come out. That and I don't look like a girl.I have no help outside of the internet. So does anyone have any advice for being a better CD?

The roommates are a big problem. You need accepting people that you can get feedback from. Otherwise you are bootstrapping, which is much harder to get to a point where you feel comfortable. (The fears of getting caught don't do you any good either.)
That said, what specifically do you want help with? Dressing? Makeup? Voice?

There are many videos on Youtube. karmatic1110 and candiFLA had some of the earlier tutorials posted, though they don't really give you the full picture. Forlorn79 has a demonstrating some of the vocal exercises that you would do with a voice therapist.
The various tapes, DVDs, etc are only marginally better than what's free on Youtube and I wouldn't spend money on them. If you are going to spend money, you are better off finding a voice therapist that other transgendered individuals in your area recommend.
I know it's possible to find a copy of "Finding your female voice" on filesharing websites. The vocal exercise stuff from that may be helpful, but it's not particularly well explained why you are doing some of the things. The mantra stuff is mostly silly.

Seriously... if you want your body to look more feminine, get a different job and do yoga (stretching) instead of working out.
Makeup and style and stuff is much faster to get good at, but the muscles and flexibility take a long time.
Supplements may make a minor difference, but it's like a 1% difference when you want a 40% change: sure you can take stuff, but it won't really do what you want. If you want to take something for big changes (like the photo you posted) get prescriptions for hormones. (Yes, see a doctor, it's safer.)

We can't say why you're getting the wrong pronouns... you'll be the only one to figure that out. But pronouns and gender are built into the language and culture very deeply and sometimes it takes a lot of effort to "control" them.
I s'pose some questions for you that might help are "Do you see your SO as only of the wrong gender?" or how about, "Do you have a problem dating someone of the right gender?"
(Again, I don't know the answer to your question, just digging up a couple of things to start thinking on...)

There's a long thread on page 2 by "Yourtrainer" about diet and training to get a more feminine body. As for makeup, hair, clothes etc., I would try looking for tutorials on Youtube. There are a ton of those there.

Hypothetically, how could one reduce the size of compact bone (without penetrating the skin) and in which areas of their body? (if it's fractured, it tends to get a little larger - a method used to make bones stronger - but of curiosity in particular for this, is of whether applying some restraint to the fractured area would prevent new bone from overlapping the original area)
So yeah, this is a thread to discuss how compact bone could potentially be re-shaped and by what means (with the exception that it must be re-molded without the skin being penetrated).
