a few topics...#1 peurera mifrica, anyone have any experience?
#2 everyone's favorite way of keeping hair gone & skin smoooooth? :D
#1. IMO, herbal supplements are a waste of time and money. (Yes, I've tried them.)
#2. Epilation, followed by shaving in more sensitive areas. Daily use of moisturizer, and exfoliate with a bath scrub once a week.
I tried pueraria mirifica at high doses, it sort of worked. but they're highly toxic and not for long term usage.
I tried it for 3 months, stopped, and became more masculine very rapidly in less then a year's time because I couldn't get on real hormones during that time
so don't do it

Also a crushing depression after I stopped which has been escalating more and more each passing month
I've heard people have great success with Peurera Mifrica, and it has been proven to have some powerful phytoestrogens in it - some almost identical to medicinal ones.
However, you can't use it on it's own and have a great effect.
You have to combine it with Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek, Wild Yam, basicly anything that will kill off all your testerone.
Diet is very important when taking supplements. Avoid red meat, eat high soy diet, eat a balanced diet (but avoid fructose), these are big pills full of highly extracted compounds. Taking too much in one day, or in one month, can make you sick because your liver will suffer.
The trick is to take PM 3 weeks on and 1 week off to give your liver a break. Also GRADUALLY increase your dosage, don't rush into maximum dosages, it won't help you get there any faster. Check out this routine:http://fuxx.us/1rm
It's been working well for me so far and it's only been 3 months, I also use Lecithin and Fenugreek. Lecithin is important because it helps to protect your liver, it also helps increase estrogen in your body since the fatty acids it contains come from soy.
Also these supplements take TIME to do their magic, because your body needs time to adapt, you will see a sudden improvement in less than 3 months but it will be minor and then you won't see any huge improvements after that. Stick with it, people have reported the real improvements come months after when you are on higher doses and your body has adjusted.
Good luck.
