Hi, so im almost 18 and ive been going to a therapist for a while now but she won't give me the letter of recommendation I need to start HRT. Insurance doesn't pay for the therapy so my parents have been paying for it although they can't continue that because it cost too much. anyways I need a way to get hormones without that letter. any suggestions?
