well if androgyny is you aim, then don't take blockers, or take low amount for initial 3 months and stop.
whoremoans, work differently for different people. for some facial feminisation is apparent while for some breast growth begins sooner. One cannot really say which takes precedence, smooth skin, facial feminisation or breast growth. the order various for everyone.
Finally if fat redistribution is your main aim, I am sure this has been discussed before, go to the lower end of you BMI, then take estrogen for a while gain weight and then do severe diet and training to loose the weight. cheers.
