Cisgender (as opposed to transgender), when physical sex and gender are the same. So a cis female would be someone who is born a female, and identifies as female (ie, a real girl).

I assume "cis" (cis-girl, cis-female, etc) is used on sites like this because some transwomen may find the term "real girl" offensive.
