anyway i have been on hormones for almost a year anyone know how to reduce upper body muscle?
to me my arms seem so big compared to alot of the girls out there :(

Cut back on protein, don't lift anything or otherwise work your upper body muscles, and increase your aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, swimming, bicycling, etc.). Aerobic exercise eats up muscle, which is why marathoners are so scrawny.

No secret tricks except no exercise and proper diet. You'll be losing weight in many other places before your arms get skinnier, though, as there is no magic to lose in just some parts.

Hormones will help a bit to make things go right in this front too.

hey what kind of hormones do you take?

i have been taking lots of different things.
whatever i can afford.
for the most part i have been on
200mg spiro 4mg estrace
when i have money
200mg microgrest 5mg finasteride
the finasteride made me really depressed so i stopped that after a few months.
a few months ago i started using patches instead of orals 100mgu changed 2 times a week.
im going to my endo to get a script in a few days :D
